I want to start a busness to put them out of busness
I would like to put everyone to work that cant find a job.

yes. And they have to be able to find source of money for company too. It's not an easy job. They have to bu.....t a lot to investors so that they will give money to the company where a person is a CEO. Lots of time, they have many enemy within the company. Being a CEO, they have to know a lot about marketing. And the life of a business is on their hands. They could close a business that has been worked on by the president of the company in 30 seconds if they are incompetent. About your question, congratulation! start with a 5 year feasibility study and business planning. Once you had that handy, get the license for your business and do your presentation, go the bank and acquire your loan, get an attorney, get your place of business, where your business is suited, in about 6 months, your company will be rolling.

Be a craftsman. Innovate. Support your local economy. Encourage community get togethers. Get investors. Buy locally and export their wares. Become an exporter. Don't support the mega-monopolies. Shop your family owned businesses. You'll have to pay more for local work versus items from China. It's worth it. I do my best to be aware of what I'm purchasing and where it's from. Become a CEO yourself. Open market. Go for it. Big risk. Big return. Maybe.

What is to much to you? When you are a CEO wicth you would be if you hired everybody how little will you work for?
Now if you make a lot less how much less should you top people make? and will they work for you a that little amount?
Put on your big boy pants and jump in to the real world , and i dare you to do that if you can even figure out the first step.

Start down in Mexico. That is where lots of the American jobs went after Nafta.
