What happens to people who never try pot once in their life?

Tyra banks has never smoked pot...
Oprah winfrey has smoked pot...
The difference i see is oprah is smarter and more understanding where as tyra is an idiot...
Smoking weed really does make you smarter it allows you to see society and everything as a whole and where you stand.. right?
Its cool if you've never smoked weed.. Its just not as deep a life and your more close minded... theres a whole world out there you don't know about... crazy ...

how do people who have smoked differ from people who have not to you?

i have i dont do it alot...
i just see a big difference in oprah and tyra ..
i know oprah has in her bio she used drugs in her teenage years she even had a baby when she was 14 and it died ...
smoking pot is really cool...i never smoke though... its awsome to think about reincarnation and things you would never think of without pot

You're confusing correlation with causation. People who experiment with drugs tend to be more inquisitive and try other things to learn about the world around them. However, drugs will hinder your learning in other areas. So, on average a drug user may gain some insight that someone who doesn't use may not. But, someone who was a moderate user and then quit is in a better position that someone who continues to be a drug user.

And for the gateway talkers, almost all people who have smoked marijuana and then gone on to harder drugs also started with cigarettes and alcohol. Once again correlation is being confused with causation.

I have never smoked pot, never wanted to. And I'm an intelligent woman, creative, insightive, and well liked. Just shows you its not the pot that makes the difference, its the person.
I know a pot smoking, unemployed Dad, who's kids do without the essentials so he can feed his habit. Another Dad is a paranoid schizophrenic who believes he doesn't need his meds when smoking grass. Not that his family agrees.
By the way, did Oprah say she did smoke at some time in her past - her teenage years? Not now though. Maybe she wouldn't be where she is now if she'd kept going.
And Tyra Banks is a retired supermodel, a Emmy nominated television presenter, and nominated by Time magazine as one of the top 100 influential people in the world. And she's a loser because...?

Ok I smoke very often and you should not try to ask questions when taking bong hits.

Smoking weed does nothing of the sorts. The difference is when your high you have more controll over you high then when you drunk. Stoners dont lose it and beat the dog or anyone else for that matter they get high and watch south park and eat a pizza its 6 of one haf a dozen of the other.

Its all about individual differences. some people who smoke pot can be damn nasty and/or stupid and others can be really nice and/or intelligent. Same with non-smokers.
Just because someone has never smoked weed doesnt mean theyre closed minded.

My oldest son started with pot and soon graduated to stronger drugs. He became paranoid -Schizophrenic and died of starvation when he could not support himself. Now if you call that "smarter" so be it. I call that stupid. And it all started with pot.

Nothing happens to people who do not use pot. They keep their minds and intelligence.
