Not only did Paris drive under the influence, get a suspended license, and get another DUI, she wound up in contempt of court of top of all that!! Now, if you were a judge faced with a defendant like that, wouldn't you send her away?

She was arrested for Drunk driving. She lost her license but then got arrested again for drunk driving - Twice!!! Just because you name is Paris Hilton, doesn't mean you can do what you like!!

actually she got a DUI while driving with a suspended license. Both of these items together is why she is looking at jailtime.
