I could live in a tent if it was a luxury one and I would take it to Australia.

Yeah, I could. First of all, I love the outdoors. I love camping and everything that goes with it. Second of all, I'm very low maintenance. I don't need a television or anything like that. As long as I had a comfortable sleeping bag I'd be fine.I'd take my tent to Brasil, because it's always warm there (at least in the Northern part it is).

In a heartbeat I would travel all around the world Canada, Australia, and of course the U.S. I'd perfer a Vangon it's like a tent car or the car that has the tent pop out the back. It would be so fun finding camping spots and seeing the sights traveling provides so much freedom.

I wouldn't mind living in a tent, away from the pressures of life, etc. except for one real serious problem----once I got down, I would have a really hard time getting back up again. This would be especially true after a night in a damp tent as I have a serious case of Fibromyalgia. I am on Social Security disability and State of Indiana disability due to it, plus I have my friend Art with me at all times (arthritis) and a touch of osteoarthritis. So yes, I would love the freedom but once I got down in one, I would have to live there, in one place for a long time. Ha!

I would live in a tent on top of my bed...gotta have a bed to sleep in and a nice shower to start the day. I love the outdoors though, and a good hike. If I had to tent I would do it on a beach under the stars and by the Ocean...with the Canadian tire Home in a tent kit.

God Bless U and ur tent,

Daniel

Well, the way things are going, I may have to! I love tent camping. And if I had a choice of locations...I'd chose Sumava Forest in the Czech Republic near the German border. It was completely closed to the public during the communist era because people would regularly take the mountain route to Germany to escape communism.

I'll stay in my flat thanks, after all, if everyone moves into tents in the country the cities will become quiet havens!
I've slept out in tents a few times, always uncomfortably! However if I had to, I chose a Yurt (more room and well insulated) and I like it sited somewhere warm and sunny. Not telling you where, its lovely and quiet, not too many people, but if I tell everyone will want to go! Then I'd have to find another place!

This is a great question with lots of interesting answers. Yes, I could live in a tent, actually I sometimes think of just leaving all of my things and just going away to live a much simpler life.

Freezing the roots kills by utilising starving the plant of water, (except its so intense that it freezes the roots and damages the shape)so that you're fairly extremely between a rock and a complicated position! i'd hardship about the lemon and the grapefruit, that are probably by no ability frost hardy.are you able to positioned them in a storage or shed at the same time as they have lost their leaves? they're going to all proceed to exist being fairly dry at the same time as they are dormant, yet do not allow them get completely and thoroughly dry. they are not likely to get dry adequate to kill them in the adventure that they are outdoors, yet do keep an eye fixed on them. it would help with insulation in case you positioned the pots as close at the same time as you may and fill the gaps between them with something insulating - dry bracken previous newspaper, bubble wrap and so on. The suggestion about sinking the pots contained in the floor is amazingly sturdy once you've the area. even if you water them or no longer gained't have any result on even if or not they pass dormant. Temperature and day length are what opt for dormancy. do not overlook that no longer all bushes like an same situations - some like to be moist and others can not stand it. those you've said are as a rule in betweeners which provides you your astounding danger. sturdy success!

Yes...for a little while. I live in a tent for two weeks every year when we go camping and I LOVE it. I know I'd miss everything a house has, but it's not like I wouldn't be able to survive. It would be adventurous and fun!

I am so tempted just to pack up and go! I'm no hippie either, but I do get tired of how complicated people are. I think I may enjoy just living off the land, way deep in the forest. I'm already in the U.P. Michigan, so it's not really too unrealistic.
