I always have to deal w/ sexual harassment @ the work place. At one job, the manager told me what he was going to do to me the next time I came in. I was 17 at the time. He was grown w/ a girlfriend. She started to treat me bad. I got scared and quit. Thats one experience. It seems I always get harassed. Does this always happen to women?

I can't tell you why you are 'targeted' however, sexual harassment in the workplace is never to be tolerated, and it is not the fault of the victim. You are completely within your rights to report any incidents of harassment to your supervisor, his supervisor, or better yet, directly to Human Resources.

Well, "got Curves" is your ID and that is your answer. Do you dress flirty? Do you flirt with the boss? You might consider your actions. I'm not accusing you, just wondering. I find that sexual harassment usually doesn't happen at the work place unless the girl provokes it. Keep to your job and don't dress sexy. See if that helps. Keep those curves hidden.
