No, there were just too many holes in the case. I believe the DA and some police officials saw it as "zie big one" that would make them famous and powerful. The BATF did the same thing with their smear campaign of a long established Christian religion in Waco - making false claims of drug use, machine guns, plotting to kill people in Waco, etc all because they thought a sensation just before budget time was needed to get the funding they wanted. Unfortunately, corruption is everywhere and makes it difficult for the noncorrupt to do their jobs - the lowered credibility is applied to all associated with them.

Yes, but the prosecution did such a bad job of presenting the case, it was easy for a jury to doubt the guilty verdict.
Most people who saw all the details know what really happened than what the jury saw.
The most credible incidents the jury was not allowed to consider because the prosecution did not say it right.
Interesting case for future law, but bad growing pain for law and the victims in this case. Extremely bad. Not right.

Yes, I do think he's guilty. But isn't this old news??.....it was like 13 years ago already.

No. The timeline did not fit, the glove did not fit & most of the evidence looked phony to me.
