I just got a pair of very cute knee length navy pants, and I'm not sure what colors will work with them without looking like a school girl.

Ivory or cream.
Pink.
Taupe or gray - if accessorized properly to add more interest.
White eyelet.
Patterns using a mix of these colors (ex. stripes, florals, polka dots, etc.)

i have a shirt thatm atches my navy blue pants and its navy blue and it has white anchors on it and its a tank top and it has a few pink anchors on it try forever 21 and wet seal

I wouldn't wear white or red with them, unless you want to look like Uncle Sam.

I would say a cream or egg-shell colored shirt would look good...

White...white is versatile, it goes with most things. It's a very classic look.

If you want something more colorful, try a bright yelllow.

red pink but i personally think that hwite is the best or even yellow or green almost any color will go with navy
