You would dramatrically increase your chances by attending the University of Chicago rather than CSU or Loyola.

Elite grad schools and professional schools prefer students who have had really hard undergraduate programs where they had to read large amounts of tough assignments, take part in really challenging class discussions with smart students and experienced senior faculty, and write lots and lots of papers. Any school where you have a multiple choice tests and classes taught by part-time adjunct faculty will fail to prepare you for an elite grad school.

If you want to wind up at Harvard Law, go for the toughest, most prestigious undergraduate program you can get into.

Besides good grades in hard classes at a good school, law schools rely on the LSAT to help compare candidates. While it may be easier to have a 3.9 GPA at Podunk State than at Ivy League U, that doesn't mean that the Podunk State student can't cut it in law school so the LSAT scores help compare.
