It is? Or is this some delusion conjured up by some conservatives? What is the almighty conservative plan to fight the terrorists?
Because so far, I've seen a half-hearted attempt to go after those who attacked us (Bin Laden, Taliban, Al Qaeda), then pretend to do the job by invading a country which wasn't harboring any terrorists in the 1st place and was no threat to us whatsoever; also at the same time not securing our borders on either side, and sending our National Guard troops overseas. Not really much of a plan in my opinion.

You don't... You negotiate with their Governments who should deal with all terrorists as criminals. It truly is a social problem to be resolved through the criminal justice systems that any civilized country should have in place.

1.) make them crawl around naked with underwear on their
heads, oops tried that and the liberals cried that we were
torturing them.
2.) if they don't talk we will force them to spend the next
