Poor little rich girl. Maybe the next time she drives drunk, she'll hit someone you love. She broke the law and violated her probation, she belongs in jail. I hope the lesbians trade her for cigarettes. She's a no talent waste of skin with nothing going for her than being fortunate enough to be born a Hilton. If anyone boycotts anything it out to be products produced by her. She is a boil on the *** of humanity.

She got behind the wheel and her alcohol level was above the legal limit. The vehicle she was driving is as heavy as a small military tank, except it accelerates faster and reaches a much higher top speed. A vehicle like that, if operated by an unsafe driver, can cause carnage. She endangered the general public. And did not even try to redeem herself and to follow the terms of her probation.

She needs to go to jail. 45 days is lenient for the stupidity level. She wants to do a reality show...well...here's a real reality check. She should be embarrassed for 1 breaking the law in the first place (and knowing it) and 2 crying because she didn't get away with it. people like that need to be wiped off the face of the earth.

Listen, brain surgeon. If you boycott the state of California for a stupid reason such as that, you will lose one of the greatest incomes in the world. Their economy is greater than most countries. Besides, with good behaviour, the little witch will be let out in less than a month. EIGHTEEN BUCKS, ARE YOU KIDDING?! If you kill somebody you will be lucky if you get less than TEN YEARS!

Drunk driving, then not going to the required school is automatic jail time in CA. It all depends on the crime, Sean Pen, was in jail for beating up Modana and they let him out during the day to go to work,to play an LAPD cop in the movie Colors.Guess he realy fit the LAPD image.

Paris Hilton is a criminal. She's a spoiled little rich girl, who thinks she can do whatever she wants. She violated the terms of her probation. In this country, no one is above the law. If I did it, I would be in jail, if you did it, you would be in jail. Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time. The law wins!!! Regards-Bob. PS-You said that 'if you kill someone out there you won't do a day in jail'. ???!!!! What color is the sky on your planet??

I guess u haven't heard about this case. She got a DUI, and her licence was revoked. She was put on probation and she was caught driving not once but twice. They let her go the first time, but when you cant even obey simple probation orders, jail is the only option!!! I dont think its enough time, 6 months might teach her

Apparently your judgment is impaired have you been drinking and then out driving to come home and write this bloody arsed question statement or whatever you profess this to be. She deserves the time.....Have you ever lost friends and loved ones to the likes of her? I have....Driving with reckless disregard for the safety of others, she should have been ordered to do the full 90, the judge deserves a medal or letter of commendation for not seeing through her bs
