Lancome Hypnose Black or Brown. And depends on your eye shape and how deeply set your eyes are if both eyeliner and mascara are a good idea. But mascara is always a way to open up the eyes .If you are trying to enhance them try a Lil concealer that is a shade lighter than your skin under the eye to add a lil contour

covergirl lash exact is really good!
i get it in brown black because i have blonde hair and i dont want it to be too too dramatic. i like both eyeliner and mascara, but i never have time on school days to deal with the hassle of eyeliner. its really just up to you what you wear. no one will really care if you wear certain eye makeup or not.

I like really dark mascaras that make your eyes stand out. Last one I bought at Sephora was Dior Blackout Floor Show. It's good and everything, but now it's getting really thick and creamy at the end of the brush and hard to apply. My favourite one is Bad Gal by Benefit. I think when I run out of Dior I'll go back to it.

i would say Dior show mascara....it was voted number by sephora customers..... but personally i love fiberwig (we just got it from japan a few months ago) fiberwig has to types of microfiber that adhere to your lashes w/o making it clumpy... it really volumes,Lenten and curls your lashes... go with fiberwig! if you want to make your eyes look more intense use both eyeliner and mascara... the best eyeliner would be from urben decays black eyeliner b/c its rich n creamy and water resistent....you can find both at sephora stores.....

Covergirl exact lash in charcoal! This stuff works perfect...no clumps, and it is light and doesn't feel like you have ten pounds of gunk on your eye lashes. Plus it's relatively cheap compared to the department store brands like Clinique!
