No,he was mentioning that Queen Elizabeth II,had come over for a state visit when we celebrated our bicentennial in 1976,but he actually said she came over in 1776. She didn't call him anything,but she DID give him "The Look".

He said something like the Queen has been the monarchy since 1776...but he stopped himself before he got to the 6 part. (The crowd roared) Then he corrected himself.
Nobody bothers to call him an idiot anymore. They just pat him on the head and adjust his bib.
