where do ppl come from if they got colorless eyes?

the ppl who have no eye color. they got the normal white part then the rest is black. its like a puple and a black iris. what countries do they come from?

Its genetics, not necessarily where you come from. And purple / black eyes IS a color.... its purple and/or black.
You'd have to research the family history to determine the geneology.

I really don't think eye colour has anything to do with your country of origin...
