A is a vowel while the rest of the letters are consonants.

A, E, I, O, and U are the vowels.
B, C, D, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R, S, T, V, W, X, Y, and Z are the consonants.
Since Z, F, N, and H are all consonants and A is the only vowel, A is least like the other four. When trying to figure out the answer to logical thinking questions like this, think outside the box. Sometimes things like this make no sense until you really stop and think. Use all your resources and mental notes. Good luck and I hope this helps! ;-)

Okay, I'm taking a big leap here. True, A is the only vowel, but that seems too obvious.
What if F is least like the others? AZNH all have a line that connects two other lines. F does not. Just a thought.
