First of all, you'll need to learn how to come off a lot more mature. No one will hire you if you sound at all the way you type. Outside of NY you won't find much modeling work. For acting, there are plenty of agents in San Francisco, but if I were you I'd start off by taking some classes and audition for local theatres. Just stay away from John Robert Powers and places like that. Anyone who comes up to you in the mall and says you can be a star just wants your parents money.

Be very careful. There are plenty of people out there that will take advantage of someone trying to get into the film industry. Never give money upfront to an agent. They earn their salary by taking 10% of the jobs they get for you. You can call Screen Actors Guild in LA and ask for a list of franchised agents.

You are too young to sign a contract with a Talent Agent or Modeling Agency. You must have a parent sign the contract for you.
