Who is Better Dirk Nowitski or Tracy McGrady?

I want someone who can slash to the basket when he chooses to do so. Give me someone with heart, guts, and determination. Yeah, I know T-Mac has never seen the 2nd round of the playoffs but he still plays with more fire and passion than dirk. T-Mac can do it all and dirk is a gifted 7 footer who shoots too much and gets pushed out of the paint by point guards. Point guards? At least we know for a fact that T-Mac is the BEST PLAYER on his team. He is the team leader and takes the blame for losses. You don't have to double-team dirk. He'll score 8 points and then fade away.

Well it is hard to answer that question because they are both different posittions, Dirk is a PF and T-Mac is a SF. Dirk can't play any defense, so he relies on the rest of the team for defence. Mcgrady plays alot better d, but if youre comparing jumpshots dirk is better hands down, if driving to the basket, tracy mcgrady, but what do ya know they are both out in the first round.

Tracy McGrady is the best three-point shooter ever. I like T-Mac way better than Dirk.

Dirk is better. His team made the finals last year. McGrady has never gotten past the first round.

well, it depends on how you look at it. Dirk has a smooth shot but you cant only rely on your shot. tracy is more of a well rounded player. regardless of what position they play, they are still both forwards and it is not as if it is comparing a guard and a center. I would say Tmac because he has better defence, he finishes at the basket better than Dirk, and he is more a crowd pleaser. All dirk does is shoot and i dont know about you but i perfer to see someone throw down a dunk than hit a jumper.

Well Dirk has actually made it out of the first round unlike McGrady who has yet to get out of the first round. So I will go with Dirk.

well,you are asking a boy of tracy mcgrady but wanna know the real man for me its tracy mcgrady didnt you know tracy mcgrady scored 13 points in 33 seconds.But that doesnt mean that dirk is bad no he is very good.

It's true that they play different positions but the way they play they are relatively the same. Dirk doesn't always post (same as T-Mac) and they like going from the outside to the inside. Both are good players, But I like T-Mac more because is a more complete player.

Dirk is better because he was actually in the mvp race and T mac didnt foul, even though dirk didnt play well at all in the first round either
