Assuming you mean "Civil Twilight" which is the period before sunrise and after sunset when reflected light from the atmosphere still allows you to see objects clearly.......
Here is an example from the US Naval Observatory:
On 1April 2007 in Washington DC,
Morning civil twilight began at 5:26am Eastern Std Time.
Evening Civil Twilight ended at 6:58pm EST
On 1 April 2007 in San Francisco CA,
Morning Civil TWilight began at 5:29am Pacific Std Time
Evening Civil Twilight ended at 6:30 pm PST
There are four continental US time zones,
Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific.
So on 1 April 2007 at 6pm PST in San Francisco
evening twilight was still underway on the Pacific Coast
but it was a dark and damp 9pm EST on the Atlantic coast.

Iam assuming that it is the same in the Western States as it is here in Canada. It would be dark here in the east. The western part of Canada is 3 hours behind us. As I write this it is l0:16 pm. which means in the west it is 7:16 p.m. I imagine it is the same there
