I have to look really cute because their might be guys from other schools their! It's at Austin Park & Pizza if you've ever heard of that. It has water bumber cars, race car driving, etc. So I need to be casual!

if you plan on getting wet either bring extra clothes or a bikini under your outfit. As for the outfit its self, try this:
Yellow denim shorts.
Nice white or yellow T shirt or halter shirt with stripes
Comfy sandels with yellow leather strap thing.
Bring a hat incase. Make it like a baseball stlye cap or a more formal.
As for hair do a cute ponytail.
Yellow and white are the best colors in summer so your clothes should be that.

for your age i dont think urban outfitters is a good idea..
but american eagle has nice clothes. and so does hollister.
yes a bikini under.
