Just regret for things, but no remorse. That would mean I did not learn from my mistakes and still doing stupid things and living in remorse of what I can't or did not learn. When you learn from something it is a good thing, then you can just regret that it happened and let it go and be glad your learned from your experience.

Regret... not remorse.
I do regret things which i had never had the courage to try out.
Chances that i had missed.
I tried to learn from mistake.. but i keep repeating the mistakes that i vowed to avoid.
So yes.. more regret.
But then life is fill with regrets isnt it.
I dont think theres anyone out there who does not have any regret and live their life perfectly the way they wanted and expected it to be.

I have to say neither cause I am not with filled with either....
I don't dwell on whether those things in my past were bad or good....they were just life experiences I went through. Are you gonna thumbs down me now cause I am being honest? hope not.
