My favorite band in the whole world Tesla ( my avatars name) are playing at the House of Blues Anaheim. I want to go, it's a two hour drive from where I live. But I have to go by myself. I really don't mind. It's kind of awkward though. I am 42 and can take care of myself. Would you go by yourself?

Dude. Ignore them. Go! You'll regret it! This might be the only chance you'll be able to see them! Heck, i would jump in my car and speed if any of my favorite bands showed up around.

Yes, GO!
I am 39 and grew up in Anaheim and love Tesla too!
It will be something you will never forget. Just you and the music-- how much fun is that?!
There are so many people at that House of Blues that it won't seem "weird" to be by yourself. Who knows, you might make a friend too!

Go by yourself! Who cares?! I'd go to a concert by myself, especially if it's a rock concert and a standing only concert. Then you're just crazy and all over the place. You should definitely go, though. Chances are this person won't be around where again for awhile, so you should take advantage of the chance to see them now. Besides, it's not like you're gonna know anyone at the concert and what will they say, "Look at that girl who came alone?" I doubt it.

I went to see Godsmack by myself. Nobody had the money to buy a ticket, but I had to see my love, Sully. Why should we have to be deprived of what we love. Go! Have a blast! I met a lot of cool people, and you can too. I took the bus to get to this concert.
I have to add that I didn't have to go 2 hours away but remember, you only live once. Just be careful!

i guess i would.....last fall i got 3 tickets to go see paul mccartney in concert. 3 tickets for me and my parents....unfortunatly only 2 of the seats were together, the other one was clear across the arena. I went with my parents but I sat by myself....but hey, at least I could still see the people I came with through my binoculars!
I say go by yourself and have fun.....its not like your gonna need someone to talk to, its too loud there! Have a good time!

When I went to see Loretta Lynn and Conway Twitty, I had to go by myself. I also
had a broken foot and needed to take the train as I couldn't drive. Climbing the
stairs at the open air stadium was murder. I would never go alone again as I
think that it is becoming more and more dangerous. Is there no one that you know that has a ticket that you could go with or they could go with you? If not, please be very careful, be aware of your surroundings and carry a personal alarm. Take care.

Of course you can, its no different then a movie or a Restaurant. Get there early have a couple drinks at the bar (alcohol or non) and have fun. Since its in a club there will be single people ...

I'm a teen so I would need to go with someone to tell them repeatedly how cute a member of the band is. Have fun!

Yes, I have gone by myself before when things went wrong with my date's job.

It was so last minute I couldn't take anybody else

It worked out well as it was one big fun party & I decided to go to other concerts without him all by myself. I met so many fun people, and nobody stalked me.

my personally i would, i'm planning a concert in a month (hard rock) and im attending by myself because well i think its a relief not having to watch and keep ahold of the buddy who's with you. its freedom to just go around and do what you want. crowdsurf, mosh, take a breather, or just chill. just don't do drugs. haha
