I keep reading about this exfoliate. They say it's helpful for removing dead skins.
I read a lot that salt is good for exfoliating. How do you do it? Do you scrub table salt straight to your body or do you mix it with water or something?
And how often should you exfoliate?

You can buy pre-made salt and/or sugar scrubs @ The Body Shop, Bath & Bodyworks or drugstores.

My favorite exfoliating products for the face are:
Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Cleansing Pads
Avon Microdermabrasion face scrub
Murad AHA/BHA face wash

Baking soda mixed w/ water to make a paste can be used too. Just be sure to rub gently & rinse well.

Actually with summer here exfoliating is important. It will help your skin shine and look better in those cute summer clothes.
You can buy all sorts of exfoliates for all sorts of money. I just use a mix of olive oil and salt on my legs in the shower, removes the dead skin and leaves my legs nice and soft. plus it's cheap.

mix it with baby oil to moisturize, just not on your face!!! rub it around and then rinse off. be sureto use rock salt and not tablesalt as it is too small and wont really get the job done. have fun!
