The only thing that might actually affect the outcome of a pregnancy is the fact that your grandmother is a twin. If she's fraternal, you have a better chance than most. If she's identical, your chances are no better.
Yes, the astrological sign Gemini is twins, but that has nothing to do with whether or not you will conceive twins. I'm a twin, and I'm a Virgo, so it's not like all twins are Geminis or anything.

If actual twins...and I don't mean Geminis run in your family, or your spouses family, your chances of having twins is better than someone who has no twin lineage.

your sun sign doesn't really have anything to do with how many kids you will have... but i guess it's an omen that you have all those coincidences.
