Turn off your computer and go to the library. There are whole books on this. One is "How to Find Anybody." It gets into real detective work like checking dog licenses and military records.
A friend of mine ran off to Africa a few years back. Then a couple of weeks ago he showed up for long enough to say hello and goodbye. He had someone waiting in a car. I tried to look him up on the Internet. They had him listed in the same county where I live. The actual address and phone number would have cost money. He moved out about four years ago. Another "free" service also wanted money.

I have been searching for people for the last week or so. Most places will charge and aren't worth it (29 dollars later). Ancestry.com gives you like a three day free trial and the info seemed more up to date although it pull up more records that you have to sift though.

By using www.whitepages.com you can do a reverse search using the phone number to get their address. If it is private, it might not be in the white pages.

If you have the telephone number (area code) (and number) you can google search it. Just type in the phone number and it will tell you the address if it is listed publicly.

I get on the net.
Put in the County and The State, then put in white pages.
That always works for me.
