Actually the whole Pakistani population is more or less mixed. This is due to the historical influences of various empires and armies.
Also, due to the migration of people to Pakistan and internally after 1947, the population got even more mixed.
And yes, Punjabi people in Pakistan are very mixed. I have seen Pakistani Punjabis who look just like Africans (black color, curly hair, etc.), others who look like Europeans/Afghanis and while others who fit the traditional Punjabi looks.

Before 1947, Pakistan was part of India... in 1947 .. during partition .. many have to shift to India .. as a considerably large part of Punjab, too, was given to Pakistan... but at that time it was all India.. considering Punjab part of India... Yest .. i think some Virdi's were also in those regions.. who came to this side.. not only virdi's many surnames... they were on the both sides.. so those who were previously in now Pakistan Occupied / Given to Pakistan in 1947 had to leave Pakistan and come to Indian Territory .. so the facts is that Pakistanis are of Indian Origin.. those who were already in those areas or those who migrated from India .. and not that Punjabis .. Hindus , Sikhs etc.. are having their origin in Pakistan .. because the time they came this side.. before that there was no existence of Pakistan..

I may be wrong, but i thought that punjab was merely a region that was diverse in religous and idealogical beliefs, being on the border of muslim pakistan and hindu india, while at the same time the location of the founding of sikhism. the fact that they were nomadic doesn't necessarily mean that they came from another country, it just means that they are a migratory people that don't have one set living space.

there's a small distinction in the way Sikh and Paki's communicate Punjabi. From pronunciation, to the kind of asserting the phrases, and the quantity of air of secrecy the Sikh-Punjabi's placed into their language, that's diverse from Paki's. i think of it relies upon heavily on faith and lifestyle. Paki punjabi's combination somewhat urdu into their punjabi, The Sikh's communicate organic Punjabi.

Orginally, yes. Sikhism stems from Pakistani roots. Back in the 1600's, there were 10 guru's who created Sikhism but they were born muslims. They didn`t agree with the teachings of the religion so they created Sikhism
