She's already being accused and as a punishment, she'll be staying for the jail that is even smaller in her closet in 1 1/2 months. I love Paris a lot, but she deserves it. Sorry for her..

Martha Stewart gets house arrest for a federal crime and Paris get 45 days? I believe her when she just signs without questions. She is very sheltered. But she should learn she has to be responsible. But jail? Common, alittle extreme, she will get out of it.

If she did the crime she should do the time! Don't let her be one of those who because of her money, popularity, or looks, get away with the crime. It is apparent she hasn't learned anything as yet, and is going to continue to drink and drive until she kills herself or someone else. All men Being equal in the eyes of the law should mean something don't ya think? I know plenty of people who have had to do time for DWI as well as losing the licenses. They ride bicycles now or take taxis.

well i think 45 days was a bit harsh, but she will only have to serve half of that sentence with good behavior. i think a weekend in jail and a few hundred hours community service would have been more appropriate, now if she had been caught driving drunk again 45 days would have been appropriate.

She is equal like any of us.
Actually, she shouldn't even be equal. Without her parents' money from the start she wouldn't be where she is today, meaning fame and popularity. We should be treated more respectfully than her (us citizens) because we actually WORK for our money. Well, look at her. I really dislike her.

She is a spoiled brat and should go to jail. Or maybe even better make her listen to hill billy music 24/7 for 6 months.

She needs to serve her time in jail. Hopefully it will make her think twice about driving drunk again, and violating her probation 3 times.

I think she needs to put on one of those oh so cute bright orange jumpsuits and pick up garbage on the expressways during the day and spend her evenings in jail.

Locking her in a dark room with no mirrors, make-up, TV, radio, games, computers, electricity, cell phones, money, or her personal array of "toys". That will come up nicely...
