I don't know who it is. When they came to Canada it was a different banker and I think that may have been the guy who owns the Boston Pizza Franchise.(Howie use to do commercial for him and the profile looked like him he also does a reality show called Dragon's Den here where he gives money away so maybe...)
As for the American Banker it is not Larry King they just had an episode with Larry King meeting a contestant from New Orleans(who set a Deal or No Deal RECORD).

No, its not Larry King.
I don't think they've ever released the guy's name, but he is one of the producers of the show.
