My feet are almost square, and my toes are short and stubby. I can't change that. But my toe nails also are peely and grow upward. They are not yellow or cracked. I've treated it for fungus before and had no change. Aside from the usual pedicure, any advice? I also happen to have the same issue with my fingernails.

try melting the cuticles around your toe/fingernails.
then find a buffing block and file the ridges out of your nails, use the silk side to shine them up...
buffing your nails should fix the peeling.
file them fairly short since your nails grow upwards.
