Always on the news and many other people that want the light shown on them. I say she should get hellp and more time with a P.O. Then make a new law for any rich or famous. You hear so much about the them away to much on T.V. Peace!

The 45 days....she never completed her probation requirements from the 1st time.
She will end up only serving just over 1/2 the time...the jails are too crowded for non violent offenders. She's lucky she'll be segregated from the general population.
She's a baby...she wants to be an adult and do adult things but wont take adult responsibility.

An average person would of gotten a longer sentence. But if they will make her do the whole 45 days with NO special treatment -that would suffice. But don't count on it. Money talks.

I think she should serve her entire 45 day sentence. No less. The judge did say that if she doesn't show up her sentence will be doubled. I have a feeling that will happen.
Since this whole thing started with drunk driving, i think she should also be sentenced to community service to see how bad drunk driving really is.

She should be monitored on her progess, also given lessons on why it is not safe or appropriate to drive while intoxicated. She should stay locked up for as long as it takes her to realize, and to truly convince the judge that she is serious about NOT driving under the influence anymore.

I think her jail term is just about right. But she also needs to be on probation for a while after she gets out.
