She would have gone to jail immediately, to a regular prison. She would be working on the cleaning staff. Cleaning toilets would give her a much needed
reality check. She would not do 45 days but at least 1 year. Now that she has broken probation, she would be doing 2 years. No time off for good behavior.
No make up, no street clothes of any kind, just prison garb. After she gets out, she would be doing community service.

at the start, it is the comparable choose who gave her probation for her DUI, which she knowingly violated by ability of driving around with a suspended license, two times no much less. She deserved a no-nonsense choose who might see previous her call. in step with danger he became into irate via fact the sheriff went against his unique ruling and enable Paris off on domicile arrest. If something, the sheriff must additionally be held to blame, besides as Paris. a lot of human beings have already lost faith in the justice device, exceedingly while coping with celebrities. a minimum of this choose tried his superb to repair a smidgen of it returned. And for that, I a minimum of would desire to commend him.

45 days in jail. 5 years probation along with a suspended license and since this whole thing started with drunk driving, several thousand hours of community service and a certain percentage of them has to be with MADD. and the community service has to be real community service. No benefit concerts or signing autographs for kids in hospitals

I would sentence her to one year working at mcdonalds with no other source of income.I would take her licence forever because her mommy and daddy have enough money to have someone haul her butt around for the rest of her life.As far as im concerned any one caught driving drunk is asking for it.
