I need to ask if they like me or hate me. How should I go about this in a professional way?

Don't ask at all. Some will like you some will hate you, but it is your job and as long as you do it well, you should not worry about what others think.

In my opinion , the professional thing to do would be not to be too concerned what others think

Ask others what others are saying about you, then when you become paranoid enough,then you might realise that just be yourself and treat others as you like to be treated and all will be OK..â¥

Even someone that doesn't like you might say that they do if you ask them directly!

do it the chickens way..leave a cardboard box with pen and papers and let them write what they think anonymously.thats th only way you will get honesty
