No - because the Mall is private property and they can ask you to leave any time they want to, for any reason they want to.

Absolutely not, a mall is a place of business, not a public arena! You can assemble at your house, the street corner, your church, the parking lot, a rented hall, the park, the woods, the fields, but not someone else's property. That infringes on his right to ownership and privacy!

Absolutely not! You aren't assembling at the mall for a political purpose. If you are, there are ways to do so before the curfew.

No. You should be at home studying the Constitution. Maybe then you would know what the First Amendment is. It certainly has nothing to do with "hanging out" in the mall.

No...the right to assemble does not include private property
and even on public property the government can enforce time manner and place restrictions on the right to assemble as long as they are reasonable.

No, kids can't be trusted and need to be watched. Sorry, I saw kids shoplift today, and it normally happens after 7pm. I can't stand kids that are not raised very well not being supervised. They ruin your night in almost anything social, whether it is at the mall, movies, or at a restaurant.

I don’t think you have the right to assemble on someone else’s property. You kids get off my grass.

Of course not. Malls are private property, and you have no rights to assemble on ANY private property without the owner's permission.
