If I understand your question correctly, I would say, no. I am profoundly disturbed by the glittery little girl shorts I've seen at Target. They're for 5 year olds! And t-shirts for toddlers that say, "sexy." C'mon, this is outrageous! Kids should not be wearing stuff that only "adults" should wear. This is not to imply that "adults" always act responsibly, but clothing and behavior always send messages, whether intended or not. In theory, "adults" should have the ability to control their behavior and make the appropriate decisions, based on their intentions. Kids, for lack of a better word, have trouble making certain judgements, and so while they think they're harmlessly being "sexy," they can find themselves in situations they didn't anticipate.

Of Course not!
They probably don't even know what they are wearing or doing!
You know it's funny. The young girls that I see looking "sexy" are usually dressed up by their mothers and they usually copy their mothers way of acting. I see 5-9 year olds wiggling their bottoms exactly like their mum!
And parents wonder why their children have sex and get pregnant early.
Oh and by the way I'm 17 and I still dress modestly! Maybe if I had a boyfriend or was married I would dress up sexier for my husband/boyfriend, the general people I know would know if I was dating or married.
But if I did now I would show myself to be available.
I'm rambling, the straight answer is no.

No! I hate it when girls are acting sexy, and wearing sexy clothes, when they're really young! By 'old enough to actually have sex' do you mean menstruating, or having 'reached' puberty? Cause I don't know how you define that otherwise, people can have sex a lot younger than 12.

I think it's expected with all the surrounding media influence and growing up too fast these days but in no way is it ever appropriate for a child to dress up in something that says 'come and get me boys!'

No.
There is a difference between being sexy and having sex, but the youngsters misconstrue the two.

No and I think it is dumb how young celebrities are idolized for it. I feel sorry for girls to day. If my daughter was to ever start acting this way, she would be home schooled.

Now and then I think of JonBenet Ramsey.
Whenever I see a picture of her, her parents could have just as easily said to every pervert and pedophile out there,"Here i am, come get me."
Therefore,NO!

Not in my opinion, because acting "sexy" is a slight invitation to sexuality itself.
