Parole Violation! Which means repeated violations which means habitual criminal. Paris Hilton's death in prison would be simply the most inspiring thing she has ever or will ever do.
So it look like there is no one else that thinks like you do. Its ok you can't help it if you're retarded.

No, her sentence was not too harsh; if anything, it was too light.
She is charged with driving on a suspended license, which violated her parole. This is the third time she has violated her parole since the DUI incident. The maximum sentence is 90 days or a fine, the judge felt justice would best be served with jail time.
She should be afraid; she is about to go to a place where her money and fame mean nothing. She will not be housed in GP when she goes there; no one will risk her getting killed while she serves her time. However, she will still be in a 12x6 cell 23 hours a day for 45 days with no cellphone, no parties, no booze, no tv and NO BULLSHIT.

Most important question do you have the same sympathy for all drunk drivers who violate their parole.
Lets review her case
1 Driving on suspended license.
2 DUI
3 Violation of her parole
4 Making the judge wait 10 minutes
This all shows she has no respect for the law.
So why should anyone feel sorry for her.
I hope they put her in jumpsuit and pick up trash along the highway.
She is not above the law in fear of her life going to jail well what about the rest of the people going to jail should they get off because they are afraid to do their time.
Paris I do hope you enjoy maybe just maybe you will get a grip on the real world.

How is this relevant to politics and why should I care whether or not she goes to jail?
It is not too harsh if that is what the law requires. DUI with a suspended license. Yep 45 days sounds right.

she is a spoiled little beotch who can only get attention by making porn vids and then giveing them to someone and claiming they were stolen so they can get out on the internet.

Ignorance of the law and who you are should make no difference. She was guilty and she has to pay her dues just like everyone else. Just because she is a Hilton doesn't put her above the law.

It should be longer. Just because someone has money does not give them the right to break the law. She can afford to hire a driver. Her buddy Nicole Richie knew her license was suspended.

I think she's getting off easy. I can't believe she tried to blame her driving with a suspended license on her manager! Prison will be the best thing that ever happened to her.

She deserves every day she got and thensome. She is a true ***** who thinks she is better than everyone else. If she gets stabbed so be it. She brought it upon herself. They will protect her though because they could never stand the publicity if she gets hurt.

Dude... She drove on a suspended license for a year and a half. She violated her probation.
She is a drunk who needs to be taken off the streets for the safety of others.
