If I get the ASUS Striker Extreme nForce 680i, will it make a difference in my games rather than me getting the EVGA nForce 680i. EVGA is $190 cheaper.

Gaming performance is a lot more dependent on the graphics card than on the mobo or the processor. If you want the BEST gameplay, spend more on the graphics card. As of now, nothing beats the 8800GTX.

IF YOU GOT A POWER FULL CPU>3 GHZ AND GE FORCE MINIMUM SERIES 7,OR ATI ABOVE 1600XT,RAM >1GHZ,YOU MUST DON,T HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH FPS{FRAMES PER SECOND} IN THE WHOLE GAMES ON MARKET TODAY...

go with ASUS..need to go higher for the price..cause u will be using the hardware for some time...
