Virtually of all the canidates are both religious and against gay-marriage. None of this civil union non-sense. And what is this plan of action for getting out of Iraq. Just get out immediately.

im not a communist, but I am for the integration of socialism into capitalism. Civilized countries such as ours should have a higher standard of living for the poor. With that being said, I think if you work hard you deserve to get ahead.

robert...because separate but equal did not work for ethnic minorities in this country nor will it work for the GLBT community. It asserts people as second class citizens.

I dont think we ought to pull out immediately. I thinkthat iraq can only be solved by a systematic pullout, and allow for iraqi forces to take care of themselves. we cna say "you take baghdad", and then give them their capital back. systematically. If we just pull out, civil war will erupt immediately, and all bad stuff will happen. I'm not saying that it won't anyway, but this way, it can be controlled (hopefully) by a force of their own troops.
to the question- Democrats are neo-cons because:
1- america is a country suitable only for cons. we have conservative views on every corner.
2- we have too much corruption, and they like being in office
3- democrats are hypocrites and don't actually act on what they believe.
the only reason that we ever elect conservatives is:
1- if the economy is in the hole, they can get it out (usually)
2- they get things done, as opposed to not doing anything.
I don't like democrats or conservatives, or any political party for that matter. I want a no-party system, where we elect people, and not parties. Most democrats i talk to would never elect a republican when a democrat was running, regardless of who it was running. That is wrong. If it seems that I have offended you, good. Be offended and learn.

First of all, what is wrong with the term "civil union." The term "marriage" is already taken and that is between man/woman. Good grief.
As for the "conservative" dems.....are you CRAZY? They are all very liberal which is the dumbest thing the dems could do.

Actually the majority of the Democratic party is Liberals not conservatives. Dont get me wrong there are Conservative Democrats and Liberal Republicans, but the majority of Democrats are liberals and Conservatives Republican.
