I remember years ago when I visited Singapore that a fried of mine who is Singaporean took me and my hubby to somewhere on the seafront to a place I thought was called Ocean something it had several Seafood restaurants together and you just walked around and choose the one you wanted to enter... We had Drunken Prawns and Chilli Crab so yummy well worth trying....
Enjoy... If it's a seafood restaurant maybe a little suggestion to state whereabouts as most people think it might be in the USA....

Vancouver B.C. Canada !!! Lobster, salmon, shrimp, soul,cod,Clams, muscles,oysters, scallops,trout,bass, fresh water,salt water seafood we got it here Baby!! Cooked in hundreds of different ways to many to count !!! YUMMY!!!

Do you mean where you can get the best sea food? If that's the question..well...that depends on where you live. I would say Hawaii, Okinawa, or possibly Guam.
