I think you need to pay more attention in class, don't you? Here are the steps for rounding a number. (1) Locate the place to be rounded - the 1. (2) Look at the place to the right of this - the 4. (3) If this number is 5 or more, boost the place to be rounded up one. (Not the case here.) If this number is 4 or less, leave the place to be rounded alone. (The case here.) (4) Drop all the places to the right of the place you have rounded. So, in this case, you just get rid of the 4 and your answer is 0.1.
