i have to go to midevil times for a class trip tomorrow.
is it stupid? How long is the "show" or whatever?
or should i skip and stay home?

It's actually a load of fun if you don't mind getting a little messy and very informal for one night. You eat most of the food like they did in those time, with the hands. The show itself is very entertaining though. Lots of jousting, very well-staged weaponry battles; when I went it was a ton of fun.
Also (at least at the one I went to) there was a big area to take pictures with dressed-up Medieval characters and to buy plenty of memorabilia. My recommendation would be to go. It's nothing but fun.
