The blades are not broken what can the problem be? I don't understand and we got the lawnmower looked at and they said nothing was wrong! Every time we engage the blades to cut the grass there is a tremendous vibration. It vibrated the belt loose. What can the problem possibly be?? Please let me know any information that you might have on Troy Built riding lawnmower!!!!!!!!

well, look at the old ones. are there any large marks in them, or any unusual bends in the metal. this could mean that the blade hit a rock or something and they need replaced. if this does not fix the problem, try having someone slowly turn the disengaged pulley system for the deck. (there is usually a spring loaded brake on one of the pulleys that you will have to pull out of the way.) look for any variation in the blade's turn. you are looking for a bent shaft. the shaft could have been bent and would cause the vibration. if this isn't the problem then have someone turn the belt system and look for any variations on the pulleys. perhaps the pulley could be bent. if this does not diagnose the problem, you may want to check out the bearings for the blade shafts. if you simply cannot find a problem, take it back to the people that looked at it, turn it on, and engage the blades. then tell the guy, "now listen here buddy, something is wrong with this mower so don't tell me it's fine"
it might be a good idea to take it somewhere else.

if your lawnmower vibrates that bad, then the repairman is not doing his job. your blades could be unbalanced. you could have a bent shaft. this is not a troybuilt problem. it can happen to any mower. i suggest that vthe problem is in the blades, especially if you just sharpenrd them. try takig them off, checking them for straghtness ans balance. OR another repairman.

My backyard is extremely flat. There probably is not any extra advantageous than 10 ft distinction in elevation from the optimum to the backside factor. I certainly have a 12 HP Wheelhorse rider. while you're merely mowing, and not going to apply attachments, trailers, carts, etc, that could probably artwork. yet once you want to tow a cart with gardening components, airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dust, clippings, etc, i might go larger than that, and that i might stick to a considerable call sort. a budget knockoffs would be $one thousand under the megastar manufacturers, yet from what i've got seen, they do merely not final. paying for 3 $1200 mowers in 15 years is extra costly than paying for one $2200 mower that lasts 15 years.

vibration is the cause of the blades being bent or the shaft is bent if you hit something, check your blades,if it's not the blades take it to another repair shop and have them check the shaft
