Studies show that soy is best beneficial in moderation.http://www.westonaprice.org/soy/darkside.html This article is long but points out that excessive consumption of soy products has been linked to blocking the absorption of certain nutrients and causing thyroid problems among other ailments. I don't think that the safe amount to consume for its benefits has been established. For now limit your consumption to 1-2 servings a day. This is just my opinion. Use your good judgment and you should be able to get the benefits and not the detriments of soy. Have a great day.

You'll probably start feeling really great, especially if you cut out meat entirely. Eating soy will give you lots of energy and make you feel better than you've ever felt before. If you don't add it gradually to your diet and try to make the switch all at once, it might cause gas for a few days, but that stops as soon as your body adjusts.
