I'd guess less than 2% worldwide, maybe 3-4% in the United States. And the rate is going down quickly, as it's a 1990s fashion/fad.

Shaving will make the penis look larger. It is an optical illusion because more of the penis is now visable to the naked eye.

my husband just trims it. He has tryed shaving it all but he nor I liked it. It just didn't look manly to us. So he just has a nice trim. =)
