She should NOT be pardoned since she broke the law and now has to pay the price! If the average joe broke the law, he/she wouldn't be pardoned, so why should she? If Schwartenegger (excuse the spelling) pardons her, then people will be upset with him! Let her go to jail where she can see how most people live and not the people in her "princess, society" circle! She may come out a better and smarter and less selfish person!

Paris for the first time in her life found out what it is to be a regular person. She should not be pardoned, she should serve her time just like you and I would do if we broke the law. I don't want to see her abused but I do want to see her realize she isn't all she thinks she is in this world. Money should not buy better defense

No way should she be pardoned... she eats, sleeps and poops just like the rest of us... no better than you or I... and she deserves the same punishment that either you or I would get... which would be jail time !!!

Just because people are rich, does not mean they should get away with breaking the law. Everyone knows that she broke the law, and she should pay her time just like anyone else who would break the law.
