Just as normal as a girl who is 12 and is 5ft9in. I am speaking, of course, of my mother. Oh, and her shoe size was a 9.

Let me give u some advise
Girl it does not matter if ur five foot 11 inches it does matter whether ur 12, 21, 18 all that matters is that God the heavenly father has spared u life and i think that u should respect that. Girl we only have one chance of living and u should enjor and cherish every moment of it so stop worry about height age and whateva and jus enjoy the moment

That's tall...sorry staing the obvious I know. I was tall too(am still:) and I felt very awkward because I was tall and very thin. I model now so I fit in better, but as a teen I always felt like I was sticking out of the crowd(not something most teens want). Try to make the best of what you have. Many people may envy you(especially the boys;)

Well...I was 5'6" at that age...so I guess she's got an inch on me! :) I'm 5'7" now though--I love being tall at 20, but in 6th grade it was a little awkward.

you need to acceptthat you are tall compared to your friends and other girls your age. i was tall too, but i liked it. now im 15 and almost 5'11'' and i dont mind. you cant show others that it bugs you. being tall is a gift and when you get into high school you will be happy to see you arent the only tall girl. one of my friends is the some height as me and another good friend of mine is 6'1''. its a good thing, trust me.

i think it's fine....i was about the same height when i was 12. now 8 years later i'm only 5'9". i had my major growth spurts in late elementary and early junior high. i was the tallest girl in my class for a while, then i stopped growing and everyone else started. now i'm average compared to everyone in college.

I say, don't feel bad, my daughter is 10 and is 5'4 and just got her period, poor thing. Some people just mature faster than others.

That they're really tall. I am 14. I am only 5'3".
