I personally like them and think it should be legalized everywhere.
Why? They make me feel better about myself seeing them destroy their bodies and lives'. It's funny too

Smokers are great. It is a personal choice. I wish I smoked more around you. They say second hand smoke kills. Can I try on you?

they need to move away from the entrances of public spaces and keep the HELL out of areas designated for kids.
We used to be season ticket holders for local soccer games, and there was a designated area for wheelchairs and for familys with strollers.
Rude, feckless smokers would come stand there because they weren't allowed to feed their nic addiction in the regular seats, and they could see the game from the special access section instead...they were completely inconsiderate of those for whom the area had been designated.

I think it is their choice to smoke but I do not feel that they should in a public place where they would come across people who have never smoked and are not used to the various chemicals their cigarettes contain.
