She needs to do the time. Her mother should have gotten contempt charges for the nasty things she said to the judge.

I think that if she had been a normal young girl on traffic violation charges. he would not have given her prison time! But because she is 'Paris Hilton' the little bit of jealousy came to the fore, and he made her pay for it! She could have cleaned the local council chambers or court house for two months, no problems, but to give the girl a Police Record, is a bit 'Let's get her!' syndrome, isn't it? Have a good day.

She should definitely go to jail. She broke the law and violated her probation and in my opinion she should go to jail for much longer than 45 days.
