I do not mean breast, boobs, or the like. There is a term for a woman's chest from neck to cleavage. It was displayed especially in fashion of the old south.

I'm pretty sure it's: Décolleté you'll see Décolleté referencing a type of neckline on a garment....but you'll also see it referenced as "neck and Décolleté" pertaining to things such as application of skin creams and etc.
