i really like Scott Trade (scotttrade.com). It only costs seven dollars a trade. Their website has good information and the also have numerous offices where you can talk to them in person. I am making 15% return on my investment currently.

I've used ETrade for years and am very happy with them. Their fees are reasonable and they have great tools for research.
