Right after i shower, i can still smell an odor on me even though i soap myself up good. And after i dress and put cologne on, i smell decent. But after the 8 hour day ends, i smell a lot like body gas and an almost feces smell. Does anyone know how I can prevent this? Thanksss!

Sawyer has good advice -- chlorophyll is awesome , and you can't hurt yourself by taking too much -- it's just the green stuff in veggies, but it's a powerful internal deodorant. Tablets of chlorophyll work well, too.

The other thing is, do NOT EVER use anti-bacterial soap on your body! That crap should be called "pro fungus," as fungus takes over after you kill off all the beneficial bacteria. If you've been using the stuff, stop, and then eat a lot of yogurt to try to encourage the growth of good bacteria.

First, make sure you are eating a healthy diet. It really makes a difference. Get lots of fiber to stay regular so you don't have all that waste rotting in your body. Drink lots of water. Use a soap specifically for men since they tend to be stronger scented, esp the Old Spice Red Zone liquid soap. You are washing your butt right? Are your clothes clean-- don't stuff the washer so much that they can't get a good cleaning.

Oh yea, and I agree with Maple above about antibacterial soap. For some reason, I noticed that I smell bad a few hours after using it. I think it does kill of the "good" bacteria. Well, don't really know the science to it, but I definitly know that it's best NOT to use the antibacterial stuff. Plus, all that antibacterial mess gets into the water supply and messes with the environment.

Ok brotha look, ha ha, nah just kidding around,
It's all in your head man, I bet if you were standing next to me I wouldn't smell anything. Your pretty concern aren't you? How is your diet? do you drink alot of soda pop or do you eat alot of red meat and refine sugar. If so than that is the problem for your body odor. As I tell my fans invest in a juicer and drink plenty of water, eat more vegetables and please don't use to much cologne that can make it worse. Try natural perfume oils like patchouli or nag champa. Nag champa soap is very good and also sage soap. You can find sage soap at your local health food store like PCC foods, and the oils at lucky 13 or a indian shop, as well as the nag champa soap. And also pay attention to what type of deodorant you use. Good luck to you. Peace Brownies

Go to health food store & buy a liquid called "Chlorophyll". It is a body deodorant. You take 1 spoonful daily. It'll remove body odor, foot odor, bad breath or any other offensive odor from a human. It detoxifies the blood while nourishing your cells.
