Speaking frankly as a woman who is a size 32 A-B cup, I'd rather have mosquito bite-sized breasts than fakers any day of my life. Why? Why would you want your man to feel you up only to come across brick-hard knockers in the throes of passion? Another reason is that I can tell 9 times out of 10 who's had a boob job. Suddenly, the woman's body isn't beautiful anymore. I look, too, just like any other woman. They look too perky on a 47 year old. I know one who had them done at that age. $5000 is the avg cost of a boob job and I'd rather put that towards Berkshire Hathaway-B investments. At least Berkshire appreciates--hehe!
I am perky, anyway, at the tender age of nearly 37--my husband says so, and he's not the type to lie. I don't have stretch marks, nor do I sag and I don't have the back ache that comes along with bigger boobs--fake or real. I consider, and have always considered, myself very blessed. My best friend has the curse of the double DDs along with the Dowager's hump, back ache, stretch marks and sagginess. She's my age and by the time, poor thing, she reaches 70, she'll need to invest in a wheel barrow to carry those big girls around. Save your change, chump-lady! Buy yourself a halter top so that you can show off your eraser nipples. I bought seven of them the other day and one of them is white!

As a guy I can tell you that women with implants are viewed negatively even though we will stare at them it's not because they look amazing it's because they come across like whores. Real is always better and you don't have to do maintenance. My mom had a double mastectomy and was going to get fakes put in but the doctor says they have to be redone in 5-10 years and that's in all cases. Last thought -- some of the most gorgeous girls I've ever dated were less than a B cup. It never bothered me and I have pretty high standards.

How often do implants need replaced?...That depends, it varies from person to person, implant to implant. It could be 10 to 20 to 25 years. My plastic surgeon told me "probably" about 20 years, with no complications.

Area implants worth it?...If YOU think they are worth it for you, then they are. It doesn't matter what everyone else's opinion is...you are getting them for you, not for them. Most of THEM don't know first hand what there is to know about the new implants. Try this website: implantinfo.com. There, you will find tons of experienced women and learn all you want to know about implants, surgeons, consults, recovery, etc. You can chat or go on the discussion boards and talk with women and surgeons who know what they are talking about. It's a great site!
My opinion: worth it? Yes.

Well, coming from a guy I guess you can take this with a grain of salt... But it really depends and you may never have to replace them depending on what route you take. Saline (safer, not as fun to touch, last about 10 years I think) Silicone (not as safe if they rupture, last about the same, feel better) Newer Gel (pretty safe, feel good and may not need replace ever) But with all 3 you are going to have problems later in life with sag. So make sure you have the money to spend before you waste it as you’ll need some maintenance.

Now are they worth it… If you really want to be noticed for nice boobs and you don’t have them now, Yes. If you think you’ll find love and they’ll really improve you’re quality of life, probably No. If you want to get into porn, Yes. If you don’t like it when others talk behind your back, No. If you want to be more popular aroun construction sites, Yes. If you are under the age of 14, No. If you look forward to later in life being a trophy wife, Yes. If you are happy with the way you are, No.

Hi Glamour Q,
No they're not, for several reasons, I don't know you're age but you sound young to me and may not full grown, where developing is concerned. Some women have developed as late as 30yrs. a girl I worked with at Revenue Canada, as I was crying the blues like you. But it all worked out I may not be 40C, but they're perky, and "there an old saying which I get alot, more than a handful is a waste." And if you are thin or small they'll only look fake. For well over a grand per breast I think you might be jumping the gun! I have financial means to have mine done, but this is what God gave me, and for you to go into a serious operation, that who knows what could happen is bizarre! As you'll have to turn around in a year or so and go through the same riveting pain again! I don't want to hurt you, but you Know how others can be in this situation as, (GIRLS) "oh look at her she thinks she's a big
shot those boobs better stay away from my boyfriend, (GUYS
LOOK at her boobs now, let's go for it Yum) ya know what I mean? I don't want you to suffer from ANY of that crap. I only want you to look at the above, & observe if you've thought of the consequences, I have putting me in r situation. This is something you're really going to have to think about & the seriousness in this (any surgery is serious, under anestic)

It all depends on why you would be getting them. If you are thinking about getting them for yourself, they are worth it. If you are going to do it for someone else I would say don't do it. If you want them to help your self image go for it. Men DO like them I promise. Not all men of course but believe me there are men out there that like them. I had mine done after having two kids. I wanted to get my body back and I'm glad I did it.

They say you should have them replaced every ten years.
