Well truthfully a damp (not wet just barely damp) soft cloth works fine in most cases. Don't use paper towels a microfiber cloth or really soft terry towel etc.

The front of all those screens is plastic and generally will clean very well with just a tiny bit of water. Dont press hard just lightly and then dry off all parts with a dry soft cloth.
(you can add a touch of very mild detergent if needed but generally it wont be necessary)

Been doing that for years on all my laptops and as long as you remember to be gentle it works great.

This is the best and cheapest way to clean a LCD screen. Mix 50% alcohol and 50% water in a spray bottle.Turn the screen off, Spray a little on a clean dry cloth (t-shirt will work) Then wipe your screen gently, with the solution, it will dry almost immediately, because of the alcohol. If anyone tells you different, then they do not have the correct knowledge of how to clean a lcd screen..I have been using this method for four years now, after I heard it on a top, national computer talk show. Good Luck

I spray Windex on a cloth, and wipe it off good. Works well for me. Mine is a flat screen, also.
